Houston we have a problem...
I've been here for 6 years and in those 6 years 37 people have been shit canned for no good reason...it's always "restructuring"....and then nothing good ever comes from it, we only have 32 people anyway... it's like a friggin revolving door around here. Good thing I only have two small pic's on my desk. You never know when you will be next.

Think about this. Someone got in trouble for lying. The other person involved, who actually lied, all of a sudden got a promotion. The position was never posted. They simply moved into the position. The one who was accused of lying was in the process of applying for an internal posting. Once the witchhunt was over, the wrongly accused not only did not get the other job, but was written up and stands no chance of getting a good review or bonus. Funny thing -- that person is now catching and fixing the mistakes of the incompetent person who was promoted. Hmmmm .....
Wanna hear something else? An individual from a different entity was tagged to assist the new "exec assistant" because they fear the one that was screwed out of the promotion might hold a grudge.
I think I better move outta Houston.
