So..our weekly weight watchers meeting was last night...down 1.4#....which of course does not sound like much but the instructor said the slower you loose the more likey you are to keep it off so that makes a total of 7.8#....now I need to start exercising...week three was the movement discussion. She said start slow if you are not used to seriously working out...take the stairs, walk in place for 5 minutes, etc...so, we'll see how this goes.
